Ideal Standard is a manufacturing environment, many of those employed in the production areas are men. We are currently investigating a number of flexible working options that may encourage more women to apply for roles both in manufacturing and senior roles within the business.
A talent management programme has also been introduced into the business with the express outcome of developing future senior leaders in the business, 50% of the programme delegates were female.
