  • Operations and Production

    Quality is at the core of everything we do at Ideal Standard, and our operations department works 24 hours a day to deliver high quality products for the business. As a member of this department, your role will influence everything from sales and customer retention to brand reputation.

    You’ll need to be resilient, hardworking, passionate, with great attention to detail. If you’re applying for product design jobs, bear in mind: those with previous experience in a manufacturing environment, perhaps in product design jobs in other industries, and who are able to live up to the physical demands of the role will be particularly successful in our production department.

    Vacancies can range from top team leaders, to quality control technical managers and production staff – with fantastic opportunities for progression.

    Customer Support
    This team is the foundation of our reputation for strong customer relationships. Our Customer Support team pride themselves on delivering the best possible service. Responsible for taking calls, placing orders and answering product enquiries – customer support jobs at Ideal Standard are varied and challenging.
